Kerry tells us "We drove to this beautiful Tuscan hilltop town of Monteriggioni and stayed for a coffee and pictures. On leaving we were hit by a massive storm. It came down so hard we had to stop - the wipers couldn’t cope".
"We arrived in San Gimignano after we weathered that horrendous storm. From there we went on to Volterra and Siena in southern Tuscany".
